I get it! Every "yes" is a "no" to something else! I needed this. My "yes" comes out way too easily, but I am not paying attention to the "no."
That’s it! I think one of the reasons this is hard to remember is that we live in a world that tells us we have endless choice, no limits, etc…. So it’s hard to remember that we are limited creatures by nature!
